My name is Minze Huang, but you can call me "Minty." I hope I can bring a “breath of fresh air” — a new way of looking at your life.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and National Certified Counselor. I have clinical experience in the hospital psychiatric department, a community outpatient clinic, Brooklyn public schools, and a medical practice in Manhattan. This diverse range of experiences gave me a comprehensive understanding of different mental health issues across various age groups and contexts.

I work with both children and adults, utilizing a blend of cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and experiential approaches. My training in interpersonal psychoanalysis, sandplay, and child family therapy also influences my work style.

I am dedicated to providing a space that is nonjudgmental, supportive, and contained—a sanctuary where you can feel secure enough to explore emotions that might be too painful to confront in your everyday life; where you can feel at ease, unwind and freely reveal your authentic self.
